For enquiries relating to your online order, please follow prompts from your email confirmation or log into your Bulldogs Shop account to send a message. 

Phone Orders

If you prefer to place a phone order, call one of our friendly staff members during opening hours on (03) 7035 9107 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.

You will need to have the following information ready:

  • Membership number (if relevant) 
  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) Number and expiry date
  • A complete list of the items you wish to purchase

Note: There is no order ID/Number for phone orders. Order name will be used as a reference for the order.


Email Order

We do not advise any of our customers to place any orders via email as sending payment details imposes a great security risk.

The only way an order could be placed is if the customer calls The Bulldogs Shops directly to provide credit card details over the phone.


Editing your order

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be edited after you have finalised your order. If you require changing anything on your order, please contact the Bulldogs Shop immediately before your order is processed and we will do our best to make the adjustment.

If your order has been processed, no changes can be made.
