Please note: Once orders are placed, changes and cancellations can no longer be made; items will have to returned via the returns form.

Australia Post estimated delivery times are in addition to the Bulldogs Shop processing times; this is currently from 2 business days. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your item(s), click here and enter your tracking number in the space provided.
The Bulldogs Shop Online ships orders via Australia Post. If delivery address is not occupied when Australia Post deliver the package, the package will be taken to your local post office. Parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will be updated about their parcel with digital notifications. Return to Senders It is the customers responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correctly stated at the time of ordering. The Bulldogs Shop is not liable for orders returned to us and will incur an additional shipping fee to re-direct. Similarly, if an ordered is not collected from the local post office (LPO) in the specified collection timeframe, a fee will be applied to post out again.
Membership Redemption
- If a Member voucher is not applied at the time of checkout, the Bulldogs Shop cannot issue a refund for unused vouchers. Please contact the Bulldogs prior to finalising your order if issues arise.
- If a Member discount is not applied at the time of checkout, the Bulldogs Shop cannot issue a refund for 10% Membership discount. Please contact the Bulldogs prior to finalising your order if issues arise.
- Vouchers expire strictly at the conclusion of the 2024 season.
 
Pre-order products will be dispatched as stated on product information. Any additional products ordered with pre-order items will be dispatched together. Once you order is placed, our team cannot split the delivery according to items in stock and pre-sale items. Unfortunately, online orders cannot be edited after you have finalised your order. If you require changing anything on your order, please contact the Bulldogs Shop immediately before your order is processed and we will do our best to make the adjustment. If your order has already been processed, no changes can be made.
 
Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose, or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop-in value of the product (if you choose to keep it). If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.
