Returns & Exchanges
 
The Bulldogs Shop are happy to receive returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Proof of purchase is required for all items purchased in store
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Strictly NO exchange or refunds on items with heat press names or number/s applied
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs
- Goods that are faulty, or have a major defect problem, are exempt from the above conditions
- Original postage fees cannot be refunded
If you are wishing to return your item via mail, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for any returned item/s we receive. This allows you to place a new order online for the correct item you are after. The Bulldogs Shop cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please note: Returns and exchanges are free in store.
 
Exchanges can only be made in store. Any orders returned via mail to the shop will be automatically refunded after assessment. To complete exchange, please present your order number and/or order confirmation to the Bulldogs Shop upon arrival and the team can facilitate an exchange on the spot.
 
To complete an online return:
- To return your order via post, simply log into your account and click on Orders.
- Next to each of your orders, there is a 'Return Items' link. After clicking on 'Return Items', complete the form and submit.
- Once your return is authorised, print a copy of your original receipt/approved return and send your order back to the Return Address. This information is essential to complete your return.
- Once received, our team will assess your return and process a refund back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
